To support our growing infrastructure and improve the developer experience across teams, we are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer who’s passionate about technology, automation, and collaboration.
Your Role
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with our development teams to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.
We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, proactive, and enjoys leading initiatives to improve how we work. You’ll also help foster collaboration and bring together a team that currently needs stronger alignment and cohesion.
What You’ll Do

Operate and evolve our cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure

Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab

Automate cloud operations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Bash

Monitor systems and services using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools

Identify and implement improvements in our developer experience

Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to the DevOps vision of ezeep

Collaborate across engineering teams and help improve team dynamics and communication
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
-
Based in Portugal
-
Strong experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
-
Deep knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform
-
Proficient in Linux, scripting (Bash), and monitoring tools
-
Self-starter with the ability to independently lead and execute projects
-
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS

Knowledge of mobile build & release workflows
-
Experience with Grafana, Loki, and Ansible
-
Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell
